With bedrooms located on the second floor, you are able to enjoy your leisure and sleeping spaces separately. There is a full kitchen and a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. Located downtown, you are centrally located to all of Richmond's various districts including, Jackson Ward, Carver, and Shockoe Bottom. Around the corner is the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. You will also find the washer and dryer on the first floor. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, with a walk in closet. Across the hall is the 2nd full bath and the 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. This unit has plenty of space for short term or long term stays!
Located near this unit is a number of walkable restaurants and point of interest. Visit any of the top rated restaurants such as Tarrant's Cafe Downtown, Rappahannock, or Lillie Pearl. If you're looking for some entertainment, check out Dominion Energy Center or The National for a live show! While there is a lot to do within walking distance of this unit, access to the rest of the city is only a short 10 minute or less Uber in any direction!
